We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PlushQuell. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our policy below:

Return Eligibility

  • We accept return requests within 30 days of the date you received your item.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of fidget toys, we cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged through improper use or are no longer in a resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Please contact our customer support team at ydjdbddjsisjdbdb@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.

  3. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is found to be defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at ydjdbddjsisjdbdb@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
